Oysho and Zara Home
Stanica Nivy will bring new brands to Slovakia

The mixed-use project Stanica Nivy, which combines a shopping mall, a bus station, a unique food zone with a fresh produce market and an active green roof, is due to open in less than a year. Future visitors can look forward to stores that have been missing in Slovakia. Well-known brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull&Bear will be complemented by Oysho, a beloved female brand, and Zara Home, which focuses on home accessories.

Stanica Nivy will give Bratislava a representative gateway to the city in the form of a modern bus station, and the project will become the heart of the New Nivy zone thanks to its truly mixed-use character. Visitors can look forward to a destination that will take the experience of travelling, shopping and leisure to a new level. The entry of Inditex, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, into Stanica Nivy project is proof of the attractiveness of the New Nivy zone. Inditex will bring the broadest portfolio of brands in Slovakia, including two new ones which have been missing on the market, taking up a total of 10 % of the sales area of Stanica Nivy,

The biggest number of Inditex brands under one roof

The Spanish company Inditex will bring 7 of its brands into an area of more than 7,000 m2. Visitors can look forward to a Zara introducing the latest fashion trends and a timeless Massimo Dutti aiming at a more demanding urban customer. Youngsters will enjoy Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Bershka. Oysho will be a new brand for the Slovak market and it focuses on lingerie, beachwear, homewear and sport. Another new brand for the Slovak market will be Zara Home, known to Bratislava customers from Vienna. It will be a stylish place where Stanica Nivy customers can freshen up their homes.

Stanica Nivy – a true destination in the new heart of Bratislava

Stanica Nivy is the heart of the New Nivy zone. This mixed-use scheme that is currently under construction will bring Bratislava a new international bus station, more than 250 shops, a complex F&B zone with a fresh produce market and a green roof for active relaxation. Fall of 2020 will see the change when what is currently the largest construction site in CEE becomes a public space, fulfilling all the needs of modern urban life.
